ZEE5, the OTT platform run by Zee Entertainment Enterprise, announced a content partnership with The Viral Fever (TVF), a popular content platform. Accordingly, the partnership enables ZEE5 to exclusively stream the upcoming season four of TVF’s, ‘The Aam Aadmi Family’.
Under the direction of Apoorv Singh Karki, the TVF original Indian comedy-drama web series ‘The Aam Aadmi Family’, first aired in 2016 on The Timeliners, a YouTube channel, garnering over 10 million views.
‘The Aam Aadmi Family’ tells the narrative of a middle-class family, with Sharma as the father, Madhu as the mother, Bobby as the unruly son, and Sonu as the family’s darling. Daadi is the house’s most notorious youngster.
The show features Gunjan Malhotra as Bhavya “Sonu” Sharma, Chandan K Anand as Bobby, Kamlesh Gill as Daadi, Brijendra Kala as Mr Satendra Sharma, and Lubna Salim as Mrs Madhu Sharma.
With three seasons of the web series streaming on TVFPlay currently, the announcement of the union of TVF and ZEE5 confirmed the fourth instalment to the Hindi comedy web series will be streamed on ZEE5’s SVOD (subscription video-on-demand) platform.
Other popular TVF shows like Pitchers, Tripling and Homorously Yours will also be getting new seasons.
