TVF has recently announced the show line-up for 2021, including season 2 of ‘Pitchers‘. The OTT platform ZEE5 recently announced a content partnership with TVF to exclusively stream its upcoming shows.
Premiered on June 10, 2015, the story of the web series was about four friends — Naveen, Jitu, Yogi, and Mandal, who enter the business world with their own start-up idea, struggling to succeed and rediscovering their dreams.
Directed by Amit Golani, the comedy-drama series starred Naveen Kasturia, Jitendra Kumar, Arunabh Kumar and Abhay Mahajan in the lead roles.
The much-awaited confirmation of another season after six years received excited reactions from the fans on Twitter.
One user wrote, “Pitchers 2 is finally happening. I hope the wait is worthy.” “Pitchers season 2. Now I can die peacefully”, wrote another.” Another user posted, “after 6 years!!!! Can’t wait any longer… bring it on… #PitchersSeason2.”
Details about the cast, crew or release date of season 2 are still under wraps. All five episodes of season 1 of the show are now available to watch on ZEE5.
