In Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 15, Fushiguro and company stand still as Toji arrives and makes quick work of their impossible opponent. Meanwhile, Jogo revives Sukuna.
Recap
Toji enters the domain just as the sorcerers are about to use it to skedaddle out of Dagon’s domain. He then proceeds to pummel Dagon relentlessly and with terrifying ease, eventually killing him which destroys the domain.
Fushiguro is shortly blitzed out of the station to find Toji approaching him. Meanwhile, Jogo appears and mourns for Dagon, before incinerating Nanami, Maki, and Naobito in a blink of an eye.
He then rushes after sensing Sukuna and sees the Hasaba sisters feeding Yuji a finger. He then proceeds to move forward with his plan and feed Yuji 10 more fingers, bringing the total inside him to 15.
Sukuna surfaces and grants the Hasaba sisters an ear to ask whatever they want for the finger. They offer him one more finger but only when/if he kills the imposter living inside their late master.
Annoyed at the measly yet overconfident offer, Sukuna perishes them without so much as a response. He then turns to Jogo who says he wants nothing as their plan was to revive Sukuna completely.
He asks Sukuna to make a pact with Yuji and revive him fully. Sukuna has a plan of his own and doesn’t want Jogo or anyone else to do so highly. He then makes a deal with Jogo — if he can lay a hand on him, he’ll work under Jogo’s team.
Review
- Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 episode 15 is a delight in terms of the hype battles.
- It is great to see Toji make a mockery out of the opponents who presented impossible threats to the top sorcerers.
- Sukuna’s arrival is a nail-biter and the casual nature of his savagery is exhilarating to watch.
