Apple TV+ recently hosted the world premiere of the third season of its post-apocalyptic series ‘See’, which is set to debut on August 26. The event was held at the Directors Guild of America Theater in Los Angeles.
Attendees included Jason Momoa, Hera Hilmar, Nesta Cooper, David Hewlett, Yadira Guevara-Prip, Olivia Cheng, Michael Raymond-James, among more.
The eight-episode season will be the final one in the franchise. A single episode will air each week starting from the debut date.
The official synopsis for season 3 reads:
“See” is set in a brutal and primitive future, hundreds of years after humankind has lost the ability to see. In season three, almost a year has passed since Baba Voss (Momoa) defeated his nemesis brother Edo and bid farewell to his family to live remotely in the forest.
“But when a Trivantian scientist develops a new and devastating form of sighted weaponry that threatens the future of humanity, Baba returns to Paya in order to protect his tribe once more.”
The show has been executive produced by Steven Knight, Francis Lawrence, Peter Chernin, Jenno Topping, Jim Rowe and Tropper, and produced by Chernin Entertainment and Endeavor Content.
