Pushkar-Gayathri, the director duo famous for the Tamil neo-noir action film Vikram Vedha is making its debut with a web series on an OTT platform.
As per reports, the husband-wife have been signed on by a prominent OTT platform to create another masterpiece in the form of a series.
Not much is known except the production will be a thriller which is right up their alley. Furthermore, the shooting is likely to begin as early as February with the first sequence being shot at a hill station.
While no official announcement has been made, it is likely the show will be associated with Pushkar and Gayathri’s new production house called Wallwatcher Films.
The crew of the series hasn’t been decided yet. However, many names have been thrown around in terms of casting. As per the news, Aishwarya Rajesh and Kathir will be starring in this new thriller among many others.
The directors famous for Vikram Vedha are also remaking it in Hindi and the shooting for the same is expected to start come March 2020. The remake of the award-winning film will likely star Aamir Khan as the antagonist while Saif Ali Khan will play the hero aka Madhavan.
