Daym Drops goes on food journey in Netflix’s ‘Fresh, Fried and Crispy’

Netflix released the trailer of its upcoming food and travel series ‘Fresh, Fried, and Crispy’. It will be available for streaming from 9 June.

Fresh, Fried and Crispy follows Youtuber Daym Drops as he rides all around America to find the best unknown fried food he can get.

In the trailer, Drops explores eateries in Cleveland, Savannah, San Diego, Denver, Baltimore, Las Vegas, St. Louis, and Birmingham seeking mouth-watering fried food. The trailer features slow-motion shots of sizzling hot dishes, and Drops devouring them. He even ends up “having a moment” with the savoury burgers he eats.

Drops began his career as a food reviewer back in 2009, when he went viral after posting videos on YouTube. He starred in fast food commercials for Burger King and has opened his own restaurant Mofongo, in Windsor, Connecticut. It changed his life and now has landed him his own Netflix show.

Fresh, Fried and Crispy features 8 episodes of approximately 24 minutes each.
