Konstantin Noskov replaces Milo as the head of the Russian Mafia in Kingstown. Yorick Van Wageningen plays the character.
After Milo’s staged death, Tatiana is handling the business for the Russians in Kingstown while keeping him in the loop.
Konstantin Noskov shows up to take the reigns and says that Milo wasn’t ambitious enough, leading to his downfall.
Tatiana informs him that police came in after the accident and seized some of their stuff but the business wasn’t hit too hard.
The people loyal to Milo left and smartly decided not to return once things settled down.
Clearing out
Konstantin has a history with Tatiana but he is suspicious of her as all mob bosses are about their employees.
He observes her as she steps out and nervously waits for a phone call that doesn’t come. Konstantin confronts her later and asks her whose call she was waiting for.
He suspects that Milo isn’t dead and she is working with him to plan his “resurrection”. As she tries to run away with her baby he guns her down.
He then takes the baby with him and moves on to conduct other business.
