Abbi & Roman: Sex Education season 4 characters explained

In Sex Education season 4, Abbi and Roman are a couple that are admired and loved by the students of Cavendish College. Anthony Lexa plays Abbi, while Roman is played by Felix Mufti.

Abbi and Roman introduce themselves as part of the Coven, a group that also includes their friend Aisha. Together, the Coven runs Cavendish College.

They are the complete opposite of what the Untouchables at Moordale Secondary used to be. The Coven is more positive and accepting. Abbi and Roman, in particular, are the star couple of Cavendish College. Everyone looks up to them and seeks a relationship like theirs.

Both Abbi and Roman come from different kinds of families. Abbi is a Christian who was kicked out of her family and had to leave her old church when she began her transition. However, she still believes in God and is trying to get Roman into a more accepting church, but Roman is anti-religious.

After being kicked out, Abbi moved in with Roman, whose family is more progressive. They paid lots of money for Roman’s top surgery.

Abbi and Roman never fight, but they soon start having problems in their relationship. The fact that they are fighting becomes news, and every student on Cavendish College’s campus starts praying for them.

Otis talks to Roman and learns that Abbi lied to him about not wanting to get intimate because later Roman found her pleasing herself. Roman says he feels betrayed.
