‘Vikings: Valhalla’ season 2 first look out

During the TUDUM event, Netflix revealed the first look ‘Vikings: Valhalla’ season 2. The series has already been renewed for a third season as well.

The accompanying words with the clip read: “The legendary Viking heroes – Leif Eriksson (Sam Corlett), Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson), and Harald Sigurdsson (Leo Suter) – make a desperate last stand against Olaf and his warriors.”

Lead actors Leo Suter, Frida Gustavsson, and Sam Corlett are all set to return for season 2. In season 1, King Canute (Bradley Freegard) and Vikings banded together to take revenge against the English for St Brice’s Day massacre.

In the end, Olaf Haraldsson (Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson) had taken over Kattegat, but it was short-lived due to the arrival of King Canute’s navy, led by the king’s father.

‘Vikings: Valhalla’ is set 100 years after the first ‘Vikings’ series. Jeb Stuart is the showrunner and executive producer.
