Comedian Gina Brillon announced on her social-media handles that her stand-up special, The Floor is Lava, is coming soon to Amazon Prime Video.
The Floor is Lava is going to be an hour long, and it will be available worldwide. Brillon is yet to announce the release date.
Brillon is a comedian, an actress, and a writer. Her first stand-up special, Pacifically Speaking, was released in 2014. Since then, she has worked on some successful projects. Her most recent comedy special was Easily Offended, which aired on HBO in 2019.
She has performed on talk shows like Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham, Late Night with Seth Meyers, Jimmy Kimmel Live, and more. Apart from this, she was also seen in popular sitcoms like Kevin Can Wait on CBS and The Conners on ABC.
The comedian is known for performing pieces where she unabashedly gives her not-so-popular opinions to the audience; she is far from being a cliché. The audience will be expecting the same from The Floor is Lava.
