The Circle season 3 on Netflix: Release date, cast and trailer

Netflix is back with ‘The Circle’ Season 3, the reality show, with new twists, players, strategies and challenges. It’s all set to premiere on September 8.

The streamer has dropped the trailer for the much-awaited season 3 of the American reality competition series, which first aired on the OTT platform in 2020.

Produced by Studio Lambert and Motion Content Group, the new season has a new set of players — Nick, Ruksana, Calvin, Michelle, Kai, Daniel, Matthew, sisters Ava & Chanel, and an imposter.

The official synopsis for the game show reads:

“THE CIRCLE IS BACK! With new players, new strategies, and jaw-dropping twists, it’s bringing back the competition like you’ve never seen it before. Are you ready?”

The game starts with the players isolated in an apartment, connected to the other players through a social media app called the Circle. They can only interact by sending voice notes that are converted to text messages for the receiver.

Furthermore, there is a voting round where the top three voted individuals become the Influencers of the Circle and can block anyone within the Circle. Since no identity is leaked, the game is played anonymously among members, and players can show themselves as anyone they want to be.

From its premiere, the schedule follows with new episodes dropping every Wednesday, with the finale on Wednesday, September 29.
