Peacock’s ‘Rutherford Falls’ traces past of small-town statue

American sitcom ‘Rutherford Falls’ is set to stream on Peacock from April 22. The show is set in a fictitious American town.

It stars Jana Schmieding, Ed Helms, Michael Greyeyes, Jesse Leigh, and Dustin Milligan.

The story follows the main characters faced with a scheme to dislocate an iconic statue that had held the essence of the town for ages. Nathan Rutherford (Ed Helms) is the town legend who gets in conflict with his best friend Reagan Wells (Jana Schmieding).

While Rutherford wants to oppose the dislocation, Wells is staunch to relocate the statue as he finds its location problematic to the vehicle traffic.

Michael Schur, Ed Helms, and Sierra Teller Ornelas are the creators of ‘Rutherford Falls’.
