Biswa Kalyan Rath’s creation Laakhon Mein Ek is ready for its second season to air on April 12 exclusively on Amazon Prime Video.
Directed by Abhishek Sengupta, the new season has Shweta Tripathi in the lead. Tripathi quoted it to be “The extraordinary story of an ordinary girl.”
While the previous season explored the struggles of Aakash Gupta (played by Rithvik Sahore) stuck in the grips of IIT coaching in India, the second season’s poster features Shweta Tripathi as a doctor.
Tripathi has been a constant presence in the web space lately. She played a major role in Prime’s Mirzapur and will be starring in TVF Tripling season 2.
