Comedian Sumukhi Suresh recently announced that her comedy web series Pushpavalli will be back with a second season.
The comedian shared the official trailer on Instagram asking viewers to mark their calenders.

From what we can tell from the trailer, Season Two will be set in Banglore once again. But whether Pushpavalli is back to “make amends” or “take revenge” is something that we would have to wait to find out.
The first season of Pushpavalli aired on Amazon Prime Video India almost three years ago.
Inspired by the comedian’s own life experiences, the web show is a dark comedy which revolves around a girl who travels across the country to stalk the man of her dreams.
In an interview, Suresh had this to state about her character in the web series:
“Just like me, Pushpavalli is a food science dork, is a Tamilian raised up north (multilingual) and decides to move cities to stalk a boy. Every girl has made that one bad decision when she first falls for someone and Pushpavalli is one of them. The difference being, Pushpavalli’s aggressive pursuit slowly starts blurring the line between right and wrong. She takes one bad decision and it’s too late back out.”
Season Two will see a repeat of the cast from season one including Naveen Richard, Sumaira Shaikh, Manish Anand, and also feature Vidyuth Gargi in a pivotal role.
Here is how other comedians reacted to the trailer:
Rahul Subramaniyam:
Kaneez Surka:
Niveditha Prakasam:
Directed by Debbie Rao, Pushpavalli will release on 13 March 2020.
