After the success of Bhaukaal and Samantar, MX Player recently announced the release of their latest original titled Naked.
The web series features Suparna Moitra, Aryaman Seth and Tithi Raj in key roles.
Written and produced by Vikram Bhatt, the plot of Naked revolves around the murder of a hotelier, Rishabh Mehta.
The investigating officer Suraj Kadam (Seth), embarks on the journey to find the real killer. The prime suspect, Natasha Kamra (Moitra), is an adult film star.
Whether Natasha is guilty or an innocent target, is something that Officer Suraj, along with CID Officer Sapna Biswa (Raj) will have to find out.
The trailer creates a sense of thrill that comes with a classic ‘whodunit’ case.
In an interview, Bhatt said:
The series is a mix of thrill, sin, guile and trauma that will definitely leave you wanting more. Suparna and Aryamann share great chemistry and it’s just something that takes the show to another level.
The series has been directed by Anupam Santosh Saroj.
Bhatt and Saroj have previously worked on Twisted season one and two which starred Nia Sharma and Rrahul Sudhir.
Talking about Naked, Saroj said:
It is a crime thriller with an investigative angle. As Director, I am continuing with the same thiller zone that got me my earlier success.
