Metro Park starring Ranvir Shorey set to release a ‘Quarantine Edition’

Eros Now has released the trailer for the quarantine edition of its popular original Metro Park starring Ranvir Shorey.

The cast of the show includes Omi Vaidya, Vega Tamotia, Purbi Joshi and Pitobbash Tripathy in pivotal roles.

The show revolves around a Gujarati family in USA. The story takes hilarious twists and turns as a young couple named Kannan (Vaidya) and Kinjal (Tamotia) move from New York City to New Jersey (an area that is home to many Indian families in USA) in order to move closer to Kinjal’s sister Payal (Joshi) who lives with her husband Kalpesh (Shorey).

Metro Park‘s new trailer shows the hysterical behaviour of all family members as they are seen taking extreme precautions to prevent the disease. In the midst of this confusion, it is found that Kannan tests positive for COVID-19.

The whole edition has been shot at home by the actors themselves.

The streaming platform took to Twitter to make the announcement for its quarantine edition:

The concept of shooting at home as recently picked up in the streaming space owing to the current situation. Prior to Metro Park, ZEE5’s Bhalla Calling Bhalla and Eros Now’s A Viral Wedding were also entirely shot at home during lockdown.

Metro Park is all set to premiere on May 23. You can catch the trailer here:
