Netflix’s ‘Fatherhood’ stars Kevin Hart as heartwarming single parent

Netflix dropped the trailer for an upcoming movie, ‘Fatherhood’, starring Kevin Hart in the role of a single dad struggling to raise his daughter. It is set to premiere for this Father’s Day weekend on June 18.

Fatherhood’s trailer looks at Matthew Logelin (Hart), who is a single parent, and his journey in raising his daughter. It follows his challenges as his family questions his parenting abilities. Furthermore, it depicts the unfiltered emotional connection between a father and his daughter through thick and thin.

Directed by Paul Weitz, the film is a true story, based on the 2011 memoir Two Kisses for Maddy: A Memoir of Loss and Love by Matthew Logelin.

The cast for this comedy-drama includes Hart, Melody Hurd, Anthony Carrigan, Paul Reiser and Alfre Woodard among others.
