Tripp Collier: Death and Other Details character explained

In Death and Other Details, Tripp Collier is the son of Lawrence Collier and Katherine Collier. Jack Cutmore-Scott plays Tripp.

Tripp Collier, also known as Lawrence the Third, unlike his sister, Anna, is the irresponsible one of the Collier siblings.

Tripp is a self-employed entrepreneur. To this day, he has launched many enterprises, and all of them have failed. The only thing Tripp has succeeded at is cocaine. Tripp also has well-concealed anger management issues.

Llewellyn, Colliers’ family lawyer, claims that they put a tail on him, fearing that he would make a mistake.

Collier Coin

It’s Tripp who brings Keith Trubitsky to Varuna as his friend and faces the wrath of everyone for Trubitsky’s atrocities.

Tripp had his venture, Collier Coin, a Euro-denominated crypto, riding on Trubitsky’s investment. Tripp believed it was going to make millions, but now it is worth less.

Tripp argues with Trubitsky

Trubitsky pulled out of their deal, which had made Tripp angry. He shouted at Trubitsky in front of everyone.

Affair with Alexandra

While Tripp’s argument with Trubitsky already makes him a suspect, the bar cart through which the killer entered Trubitsky’s room was also sent from Tripp’s room.

It was Alexandra who sent the bar cart, as she was in Tripp’s room. The two of them are having an affair.

This bar cart makes Alexandra rethink her affair. She ends her affair with Tripp, calling it a mistake. Tripp, on the other hand, turns to coke again.

After Trubitsky’s murderer is caught, Tripp goes back to looking for an investor in his business.

However, soon, Tripp and Alexandra are brought together when Alexandra receives intimate photos of them in an email. Someone is trying to blackmail Alexandra, who will have a lot to lose if these photos leak.
