Torque and Wickie once had a publicity relationship because Torque’s wife, whom he met in high school, was boring.
Torque and Wickie never got a chance to be alone together, but Wickie did end up having feelings for Torque.
Anyhow, their publicists later broke them up to promote SnackWell’s Cookies for One.
Meeting Torque again
Torque is one of the guests who show up for Taffy England’s 2000s-themed nostalgic party. Unlike the other guests, Torque looks just the way he used to back in the day.
Wickie is terrified to see Torque again, knowing that meeting him again is going to be terrible.
He approaches her and reveals that he is single now. He and his wife couldn’t handle their long-distance relationship when Torque was shooting Step Up in Space.
Torque hints to Wickie that he intends to be with her by expressing that even though they were not a legit couple, he has always wondered what it would have been like if they were.
Do Wickie and Torque get together?
In an attempt to find out what she should do, Wickie calls Sheawn, who says he will forgive her for getting together with Torque, even though it’s going to break his heart.
This is enough for Wickie. However, the moment Wickie touches Torque, she feels sick. Wickie thinks of Sheawn as being sad, and it makes her sad.
Hence, she ultimately decides to stop pursuing Torque, no matter how attractive he is. She calls Sheawn, who is proud of her. The two express their love for each other, while Torque is left all alone at the end.
