Tang is the church liaison who helps Win, Game, and Dear with their plan. Channarong Khantheethao plays the character.
When the trio first enters Phummaram Temple, the only person they meet is Tang. He tells them that the abbot is quite elderly and cannot meet them right then.
They realize that this temple is perfect for them and that Tang is their way in. They decide to follow him and end up at a karaoke bar where he confronts them.
They tell him their plan and offer him a cut of the profits, to which he agrees. He speaks to Abbot Kiw and convinces him that the trio has good intentions.
Alternate business ventures
Business is booming and Tang is one of the people benefitting from it as the temple but it isn’t enough for him.
He is constantly skimming from the top, and it is later revealed that he is also dealing drugs out of the temple.
A local politician sponsored the ordaining of 10 new monks for the temple, but three of them were secretly working with Tang and weren’t honest monks.
Eventually, his activities are exposed and the monks are arrested, while Tang is on the run from the authorities.
A final termination
The police focus on the trio as their link to the drug trade in the temple while Tang is still on the run.
Tang shows up at Game’s house and asks for 500,000 because his boss is hunting him down and he needs the money to survive.
Game gives him the money but Tang returns with a gun the next day, asking for more. Game gives him a place to hide and asks him about his boss, but Tang doesn’t reveal anything.
Game goes to Abbot Kiw and asks him, but the elderly monk can only point to a picture of a young child in the corner.
He doesn’t know who that is and tries asking Monk Ekaichi, but Ekaichi says he doesn’t have an answer for him.
Tang had asked for three million, but Game acquires a million and heads to the hiding place. He finds Tang dead and runs away before getting a message from Ekaichi.
He then discovers that Ekaichi was the one chasing after Tang and the real head of the drug trade. He had Tang killed because he got too greedy.
