In 24 Hours with Gaspar, Kirana is Gaspar’s childhood friend who disappeared. Shofia Shireen plays Kirana.
Kirana was Gaspar’s neighbor when they were kids. They used to hang out all the time and shared a love for detective novels.
Gaspar, especially, dreamed of becoming a detective when he grew up. Kirana, on the other hand, assisted him in collecting evidence.
Before Kirana, Gaspar had no friends. He only had Babaji by his side. Kirana had asked Gaspar whether he would look for her if she disappeared.
Gaspar replied by questioning why she would disappear. Little did he know that this is going to happen eventually.
What happened to Kirana?
One day, Gaspar has to go to the hospital to make sure everything is fine with his heart. Kirana says that she can come along with him if he wants.
Gaspar assures her that’s fine, as the hospital will be boring and they can read the new detective novels he will bring for her once he is back.
That day, Kirana finds herself hiding from people who come for her. She seeks the help of Kik, another friend of hers.
Ultimately, Kirana is found and taken away. She regrets not going along with Gaspar to the hospital.
When Gaspar returns, he finds Kirana’s house empty. Gaspar is left heartbroken, as his best friend left him without saying goodbye.
In the future, Gaspar learns from his informant that Wan Ali, Kirana’s father, sold her.
Gaspar’s revenge
Gaspar seeks revenge on Wan Ali for taking his best friend away from him. He blames and calls out Wan Ali for selling her and killing her.
Gaspar kills Wan Ali. When Gaspar opens the magical black box that Wan Ali possesses, he sees a vision of little Kirana inside it.
Following that, Gaspar releases the girls Wan Ali has kept captive before riding away to die. Gaspar dies as the device supporting his heart stops working. As Gaspar meets his end, what looks like a ghost of Kirana stares at him.
