Karan Johar is all set to ascend his throne as the newest love guru in town. Netflix has released an official trailer for the Johar headlined dating show, What the Love!
The trailer shows Karan sitting with 6 people, having a one-on-one chat with them to determine their love troubles and relationship complications, while attempting to solve their problems, the only way he knows how. Giving them a bit of the Karan Johar treatment (Cue the Kuch Kuch Hota Hai background music).
He is also adamant on transforming the six lucky singletons, from their views on romantic love to delving into their roots – embracing themselves and self-love. They will have to look past their personal struggles to find love.
Karan is seen sharing his personal thoughts on love and relationships, with a little help from some of his A-lister pals in the industry including Parineeti Chopra, Ali Fazal, Sunny Leone, Saif Ali Khan, Huma Qureshi and Arjun Kapoor.
Karan Johar gives each of his contestants a Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jayenge happy-ending in BBC Studios’ production, What the Love!, due to premiere on Netflix on 30 January, 2020.
