The cast of The Office India recently reunited for a very special episode to help bring some joy in this difficult time.
The special ‘Work From Home’ episode features Mukul Chadda, Gauahar Khan, Sayandeep Sengupta, Preeti Kochar, Priyanka Setia, Gavin Methalaka and Abhinav Sharma.
While the countries are in lockdown to fight against the pandemic, ‘work from home’ has become the new normal for companies across the globe.
The employees of Wilkins Chawla too, have decided to follow the footsteps and conduct a virtual team meeting to come up with ideas to boost the sales of the paper company.
Hilarity ensues as Ria, Chaddha, Anjali, Sarla Ji, Amit, Sapan and Kutti come together to brainstorm ideas while Chaddha tries to motivate them with his jokes.
According to Applause Entertainment, the company will donate on behalf of the cast and crew to the daily wage workers fund of the Producers Guild of India.
The Office India is an adaption of the British series created by Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant and also takes from the Emmy-winning American adaptation starring Steve Carell in the lead.
The Office India season one and two can be streamed on Disney+Hotstar.
