While Netflix announced the return of their highly successful web series YOU a few weeks ago, the production team has officially started working on season 3.
The show’s producer Sera Gamble took to Twitter to tease fans with this picture:
She also wrote: “We’ve started work on season 3. Just thought you’d want to know. #YouNetflix”
Since its release in 2018 on Netflix, YOU has taken the internet by storm. The psychological thriller stars Penn Badgley as Joe Goldberg, a sociopathic stalker and takes up pretty dark themes.
Since the previous season left the fans with a lot of unanswered questions, this announcement is bound to leave some of them thrilled.
Season three will have 10 episodes with Victoria Pedretti and Penn Badgley playing the roles of soon-to-be-parents Love and Joe.
YOU season three is set to premiere in 2021.
