Amazon Prime Video has launched the teaser of the upcoming original crime-thriller ‘The Last Hour’. Starring Sanjay Kapoor, Karma Takapa, Raima Sen, and Shahana Goswami, the web series is set to premiere on May 14, 2021.
Directed by Amit Kumar, ‘The Last Hour’ narrates the story of a young Shaman (spiritual healer) who sets out on a journey in search of a mysterious killer with a newly transferred cop. What happens when he falls for the cop’s daughter?
The teaser reveals that a mysterious secret will come out in the final hour of someone’s death.
Set in a small town in the Himalayas, the web series also stars Shaylee Krishen, Robin Tamang, Mandakini Goswami, Tenzein Choden, Lanuakum, and Noksha Saham.
The thriller show is created, written, and produced by Amit Kumar and Anupama Minz, and is executively produced by Oscar-winning filmmaker, Asif Kapadia (‘Sena’, ‘Amy’, ‘Diego Maradona’).
The director of ‘The Last Hour’ shared in a statement that he was thrilled by the show’s global release. He also added, “we have created a unique supernatural show that we feel confident, will be enjoyed by the audiences.”
