Disney+ Hotstar has launched the trailer for the second season of drama series ‘Out of Love’. Helmed by Oni Sen, the show stars Rasika Dugal and Purab Kohli in lead roles.
The trailer of the second season begins with Akarsh Kapoor (Purab Kohli), making his return to the lives of his wife Meera Kapoor (Rasika Dugal) and son whom he had left earlier. As he attempts to reunite with his son, the family’s displeasure persists and their violent past resurfaces.
“People deal with betrayal in different ways and this season dives into the feeling of revenge. For me, it was an opportunity to explore Meera Kapoor further and delve into her unpredictability. I am eager to see how audiences respond to this season,” said Dugal with respect to the themes of ‘Out of Love’ season two.
Director Sen said: “In season two, the narrative unfolds many more layers of depth. The characters being manipulative and desperate to destroy each other make the narrative unpredictable and engaging.”
Other members of the cast include Meenakshi Chaudhary, Sanghmitra Hitaishi, Harsh Chhaya, Ekavali Khanna and Suhaas Ahuja.
