At a recent press conference, Gaten Matarazzo hinted at the possibility of a new part of the NeverEnding Story in season 4 of the Netflix sci-fi horror series Stranger Things.
Matarazzo, who plays Dustin Henderson in the series, said: “Who knows? That would be a lot of fun for people to see, it would be a lot of fun for me to do. It would be great, but we’ll just have to wait and see when the show comes out.”
Stranger Things season 3 is the most-watched instalment of the show currently. The NeverEnding Story sequence by Dustin and his girlfriend, Suzie, was particularly well received by fans, who found it hilarious.
The scene comes at a time when the Mind Flayer is chasing the group and completely transforms the mood as the characters can’t help but show sheer disbelief at the song.
