FLAMES 2: Teaser reveals a sad turn

The Timeliners’ FLAMES is all set to come back for a new season. The season two can be viewed on MX Player or on TVFPlay later this month.

A new teaser reveals a break up scene between Rajat (Ritvik Sahore) and Ishita (Tanya Maniktala).

The new season will be directed by Apoorv Singh Karki and is written by Kunal Aneja. The show will also retain its original cast with Sunakshi Grover (Anusha), Shivam Kakar (Gaurav) and Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish (Kaushal Sir).

FLAMES revolves around a teen love story based in New Delhi. The show stars Sahore and Maniktala in the lead and begins as they meet each other during their after-school tuition classes.

On the other hand, their best friends Gaurav and Anusha also begin a relationship giving the audiences a nostalgic feel.

The first season ended with Rajat and Ishita starting their journey as a couple after overcoming a fight, with the help of their best friends and their teacher Kaushal Sir.

Sahore has been previously seen in Bollywood hits like Dangal and Super 30. He was also the lead in Amazon Prime Video India’s show Laakhon Mein Ek.

The Timeliners took to twitter to reveal the teaser of the new season.

Maniktala is also all set to star in Mira Nair’s An Unsuitable Boy alongside Vijay Varma, Ishan Khattar and Tabu.
