Inspector Luis uses Isadora’s misfortune to gain control over her so that he can eventually have his way with her.
He starts sabotaging her life so that she has to rely on him for favors. Hector and Emilia Krawietz are two former students of Las Encinas who started the Alumni Club.
They renovate an entire wing of the school and offer students to join so that they have access to the vast connections and network of former students.
In reality, the club is just a way for them to have some fun by making the prospective members jump through hoops so that they can join.
Ivan returns and wants to continue his relationship with Joel, but Joel still feels an imbalance in their power dynamic.
He was staying at Omar’s place, but when Omar decided to move back he had to leave. Omar gets a job as the head waiter at Isadora House because she needs help running it.
Her father asks her to sell to club to one of his debtors but she is stubborn and wants to turn it into a reliable source of income.
Unfortunately, her refusal to make a deal gets her father murdered in prison. Hector takes a liking to Joel and offers the comforts of the Alumni in exchange for sexual favors.
However, his infatuation turns into an obsession and he becomes possessive. Emilia isn’t happy seeing this, and she gets in between Eric and Chloe to have her fun.
Joel is torn between his love for Ivan, and his ambition to become financially independent which leaves him vulnerable to Hector’s overtures.
Dalmar tries to blackmail Carmen with the video but she threatens him with his illegal status and breaks him down with Chloe’s help.
Emilia wants to get Joel away from Hector and secure a donation to the Alumni, so she offers him up to a wealthy couple who are also former students.
They agree to pay Joel a hefty sum if he joins them in their escapades and enjoys his company so much that they offer to connect him with other clients.
Hector tries to stop this before their first meeting at Isadora House, and Omar has him kicked out.
Hector and Emilia show up with a bunch of other people later and beat Omar into a coma. Luis finds out that Joel has been taking clients at the club and threatens Isadora.
Ivan wants to help her keep the club functional and buys it off her so that they can raise it back up together.
The Alumni members are hosting an orgy on the same night that the other students are having an end-of-term party out on the grounds.
Joel agrees to get other prostitutes for the party and Dalmar goes along because he is desperate for cash.
What Dalmar doesn’t know is that Joel decided to blackmail Carmen once again, so Eric and Chloe make a plan to threaten him with Eric’s switchblade.
Dalmar walks in to break up the fight and then leaves because he is disappointed in Joel for doing things without asking him.
Isadora told Joel that Luis extorting her so he needed to stop having clients at the club. Joel told Luis that he’ll end the officer’s career.
Hector finds Joel after the scuffle with Eric and Chloe. He wants Joel all for himself and Joel says he’ll sleep with him in exchange for a word with someone from the police.
Ivan gets a message from Joel asking him to meet, but he’s completely drunk. Dalmar helps him get to the location where Ivan passes out.
Someone hits Dalmar on the head and he is knocked out. Joel wakes up next to Hector and goes to check his phone but someone slices his throat.
His body is found on the grounds and Ivan and Dalmar are arrested for being close to the crime scene.
Carmen agrees to pay Ivan’s bail and the students speak out in support of him, but no one knows Dalmar and the blame falls on him because he’s an illegal immigrant.
He is convinced to sign a confession by Carmen because it could soften his sentence since public perception is strongly against him.
Omar gets out of the coma and gets a video from Emilia and Hector telling him to keep quiet about the assault or they’ll end Nadia’s internship that she got through Alumni.
The students start gossiping amongst each other and everyone has their theories on who could have killed Joel.
Sara is convinced that it could be Eric and Chloe since they know the murder weapon belonged to Eric.
She steals Chloe’s phone with Ivan and Isadora’s help to find any evidence that might be on it.
Omar is certain that Emilia and Hector murdered Joel and after getting support from Nadia, he goes forward to complain about the assault and accuse them of murder.
While questioning them, Hector claims that Emilia killed Joel because she was jealous of how close he and Hector were.
She claims that she covered up Hector’s crime after he slit Joel’s throat in a jealous rage. They are both arrested in the case of the murder in front of everyone.
Chloe left her phone on record during the orgy to incriminate Joel and she manages to record his murder.
Omar, Isadora, Ivan, Sara, Chloe, and Eric decide what to do with the evidence of the real killer.
Ending explained:
The series of events
According to Emilia’s statement, she and Hector found Joel’s body and decided to dump it somewhere else.
She then sent a message to Ivan from Joel’s phone to lure him out but improvised when Dalmar showed up with him.
She spiked Ivan’s drink earlier and planned to frame him since they had a rocky relationship.
When Eric and Chloe were kicked out, Eric dropped his switchblade. Luis didn’t want Joel to expose him as being corrupt so he snuck in and slit Joel’s throat, which was caught on camera.
Getting justice
Omar asks for the video so that he can ensure that Emilia and Hector still pay for their crimes even though they aren’t the murderers.
He offers both of them a deal to admit to his assault and he will turn in the video. Hector tells Luis, who starts stalking Omar to get the video off his hands.
Dalmar is released from jail and Carmen tries one last time to pay him off while Chloe offers him the video of Joel’s murder.
Working with the authorities can help his immigration status but he is conflicted on what to do.
Hector shows Omar a confession letter but offers him more in exchange for the video. Omar says he wants to take down Las Encinas, and Hector says he can make that happen.
Doing the right thing
Omar wants to take Hector’s offer but Nadia tells him that making deals won’t differentiate him from the others.
When he tries to turn in the evidence, Luis threatens him and they are afraid to go to the police again.
Isadora lays a trap for Luis and invites him over to her place. She plans on injecting him with a drug cocktail so that he dies from a drug overdose.
He is too strong for her and wants to have sex with her before killing her with her own injection.
Omar asks Sara to do a live stream where he speaks about all the terrible things at Las Encinas and how the rich people behind it let it keep happening.
He then posts the video of Joel’s murder, and everyone gets to see it, including Luis’s partner.
She rushes to the club to arrest him and stops him just before he rapes Isadora. As they are taking him away, she injects him with a drug cocktail.
He doesn’t even get outside the club before dying from an overdose.
The major fallout
Emilia and Hector are released, and they plan to move to Milan where they will be far away from the trouble of Las Encinas.
Dalmar gives Sara the video of Carmen killing Raul, and she threatens Carmen and Chloe. Eric rushes to Chloe’s house and begs her to go along, but Carmen says their trip is temporary.
She tells Chloe that she needs to forget Eric even though they love each other because it is highly likely that they will never be able to return.
Virgina, the Las Encinas principal invites Omar and Nadia to her office and tells them that she also has tons of evidence of illegal things taking place at the school.
She later announces that the school will be closing down, and the final-year students will write their exams at a public school.
Ivan, Isadora, Nico, Sara, Sonia, and Eric finally get a taste of what a normal school is like before they begin the rest of their lives.
