Disney+ Hotstar released the trailer of its upcoming murder mystery miniseries ‘Six’, streaming from 27 May. The series will be available for streaming free of cost.
Six revolves around the murder of Kashish Sura, a well-to-do businessman on the night of New Year’s Eve. What follows is an investigation led by officer Ruhana Dhulap, who tries to unravel the mystery of the murder.
The trailer of Six begins with the major incident setting the plot; Kashish Sura being strangled to death in his car. The trailer then introduces Ruhana Dhulap, a short-tempered but smart investigating officer handling the case. She finds six suspects, six women whom Sura met on the night of his murder. By interrogating them, she attempts to find the killer and the motive behind it.
The series features Mandira Bedi, Nauheed Cyrusi, Dipannita Sharma, and Sid Makkar playing pivotal roles.
Speaking about Six, Bedi said in a statement: “The series is so fast-paced and nerve-wracking, that it’ll keep audiences on the edge of their seats right till the end. I had to play a serious role as an investigating officer, something that I was pining to do. I can say for sure, this one’s going to have you glued all the way till you find out what happens.”
The series will stream as a part of Disney+ Hotstar’s new experimentation ‘Quix’. Launched on 7 May, Quix offers short format shows across different genres for free.
