Apple TV+ gives first look for Tom Holland’s ‘Cherry’

Apple TV+ release the trailer for its upcoming movie ‘Cherry’, based on the novel of the same name by Nico Walker.

The first glimpse of the movie has both, a thriller and a romantic vibe, with a young army man resorting to robbing banks while struggling to strike balance with addiction and his love life.

We see Cherry, played by Tom Holland, navigating through life. The trailer shows glimpses of a blossoming love life intermixed with the bank-robbing and war scenes.

We also see Tom Holland delivering a monologue and saying, “sometimes feels like I’ve seen everything that’s going to happen — and it’s a nightmare,” repeatedly.

The official description of the movie on YouTube reads:

“In an epic odyssey of romance, war, drug addiction, and crime, a young man (Tom Holland) struggles to find his place in the world.”

Cherry has been directed by the Russo Brothers. It will release in theatres on February 26 and exclusively on Apple TV+ on March 12.
