“For the very first time since the beginning of her incredible adventure, Angèle presses pause and steps back to look at everything that has happened since she released her first single in 2017. Through behind the scenes footage, Angèle takes the time to chronicle her significant rise to fame, including all the trials and tribulations of being a young woman in the public eye.”
At the preview screening of her documentary in Paris, Angèle said:
“It was therapeutic. Like my songs, by the way. My songs have always been a way for me to heal wounds. But there, to be able to express myself differently, on another medium other than music, it was a great way, for me to take stock, and to be able to look back on those years of madness which escaped me a little and which, at the same time, were brilliant.”
Angèle candidly talks about her life, her exceptional singing career and especially elaborates on the void of the glittery world.
