The official teaser for Amazon Prime Video’s newest original action-drama Indian series, The Family Man, is here.
While a lengthier trailer is scheduled to release on Thursday, September 5, the teaser gives a brief glimpse of the protagonist and the accompanying characters that will appear via our screens later this month.
Here’s what we know so far about The Family Man. It stars Manoj Bajpayee of Shool fame as Srikant Tiwari, a middle-class man that works for the National Investigation Agency or NIA, the central agency for anti-terrorism. In addition, Gul Panag (Dor) will appear alongside Dalip Tahil (Baazigar), Sharib Hashmi (Filmistaan) and Priyamani (Paruthiveeran).
Further, Amazon Prime India describes the series as follows:
“The Family Man is an edgy action-drama series, which tells the story of a middle-class man who works for a special cell of the National Investigation Agency. While he tries to protect the nation from terrorists, he also has to protect his family from the impact of his secretive, high-pressure, and low paying job.”

Athough the series is set for a September release, the date is yet to be confirmed.
