Charlie gets a meeting with Heaven thanks to Lucifer and meets the angels to state her case for the Hazbin Hotel.
Charlie is very excited to go to Heaven but Vaggie doesn’t share the same kind of enthusiasm.
Angel complains about a rough day at work when his best friend Cherry Bomb shows up and suggests a night out in the town.
Charlie enjoys that idea but asks them to take everyone else along while she and Vaggie are away.
Charlie and Vaggie arrive in Heaven where they meet Sera and Emily. Sera is the one in charge and Emily is very friendly and welcoming.
Secret identities
Charlie goes out on a tour of Heaven while Vaggie stays back in their room. Adam visits the room to have a conversation with Vaggie.
He reveals that she was one of his exterminators, but when she showed sympathy for a soul in Hell, Lute plucks her eye out and rips off her wings.
Adam threatens to reveal her secret to Charlie unless she supports him during the hearing for the hotel’s cause.
A rigged system
Charlie asks Adam what it takes for a soul to get into Heaven and after struggling for a few moments, comes up with some basic guidelines.
She claims that Angel Dust is making progress and if they observe him, they will see proof of that.
They watch as Angel visits a club with Cherry and the others, and genuinely shows signs of improvement in his behavior.
Adam throws a tantrum and blurts out the existence of the executions, something that Emily was unaware of.
Sera believed it was for the safety of Heaven and kept it a secret from Emily. Adam also exposes Vaggie’s truth which leaves Charlie even more heartbroken.
Charlie calls out the hypocrisy of Heaven along with Emily, and when she and Vaggie are sent back, Emily promises to find a way to help them.
