Angstrom Levy: Invincible season 2 character explained

Angstrom Levy is a super-powered individual who travels different dimensions and develops a grudge against Mark Grayson. The character is voiced by Sterling K. Brown.

Angstrom Levy has the power to open portals between different dimensions, and he is a philanthropic person who wants to end all the terrible things that are happening in his dimension.

He breaks the Mauler Twins out of their GDA prison and tells them that he needs their intellect for something specific and offers to send them to a dimension of their choice if they agree to help.

He reveals that he has collected together the alternate versions of himself across every dimension, and he wishes to download all of their knowledge into his brain so that he can have a solution to every problem that is plaguing his dimension.

An experiment gone wrong

The Mauler Twins work on the device that Angstrom built and make the necessary adjustments to handle the load of what he wants to achieve. Cecil and the GDA are monitoring the twins and when the machine is powered up, they send out Invincible to take care of it.

Angstrom is warned that once the process is started, there is no stopping it. Invincible arrives and tells them to shut it down but they challenge him to stop it.

He begins fighting them and Angstrom pleads with them to stop because what he is doing is for the greater good. Invincible isn’t convinced and to make sure he doesn’t interfere, Angstrom summons several more Mauler clones from other dimensions.

They overpower the hero but when Angstrom begs them not to kill him, they do not listen. Angstrom decides to pull off the helmet connecting to the device and it causes a huge explosion.

The last surviving clone finds Angstrom under some debris, and he is completely disfigured. His memories are warped as Mauler explains that he doesn’t know which memories are his or his alternate versions.
