ALTBalaji has released the first official song from ‘Broken But Beautiful 3’ that is set to return on the platform for its third outing on May 29. The song titled ‘Mere Liye’ is a poignant portrayal of Agastya’s (Sidharth Shukla) unreturned affection for Rumi (Sonia Rathee), who is either unaware of his deep and strong love for her, or may be consciously rejecting it.
‘Broken But Beautiful’ is a 2018 Hindi web series by Ekta Kapoor that revolves around unconventional romances, heartbreaks and falling out of love tales.
The much-anticipated third installment of this web drama follows in the same convention providing a glimpse into a complicated equation shared by its main leads Agastya and Rumi, heightening the romantic tension between the two.
This latest song from ‘Broken But Beautiful 3‘ takes the audience on an emotional roller coaster depicting Agastya’s agonizing feelings for having fallen in love alone or without hope of receiving it in return.
The song that truly captures the helplessness, jealousy and pain of one-sided love has been written, composed as well as sung by Akhil Sachdeva under music production and arrangement by Vaibhav Pani.
Mere Liye has obviously struck a chord with the series fans and Shukla has garnered much praise for taking it to another level of melodrama and intensity.
