Netflix has released trailer for a ‘fake’ series titled ‘FamJam’ on the occasion of Diwali starring Radhika Madan, Sanjay Kapoor and Supriya Pilgaonkar.
The trailer shows Sanjay Kapoor inviting his boss for a Diwali party at his house. It then shifts to showcase all that went down during the celebration.
However, any hope for viewers of actually watching this series is shattered as the video ends with the tagline: “Aisi stories stream nahi ki jaati, jee jaati hai”.

While the elaborate video serves as Netflix India’s own unique way of wishing Diwali, some fans were sad to see that it wasn’t an actual series.
But this isn’t the first time the streaming platform has pulled something like this.
On April Fools’ Day, it released a parody teaser for the season 2 of Sacred Games to prank the viewers.
