Tristan is a junior at Stoker High School who becomes close friends with Carmie. Will Coombs plays the character.
On the first day of high school, Carmie bumps into Tristan and knocks him back a few feet because of her increased strength.
He brushes it off and charms her off her feet, quite literally. Tristan is the school’s star decathlete and he convinces Carmie to try out for the track team as well.
However, Tristan appears to have ulterior motives as he is aware that Carmie is a blended.
An intolerant mythic
Tristan is revealed to be working with the Shapeshifter and his goal is to grow close to Carmie and reunite her with her mother.
He spends time training her for the track team tryouts and learns more about her as a person.
During the forest scavenger hunt, he uses his powers to sabotage Dylan’s efforts and then swoops in when Carmie is by herself.
He forces Carmie to reveal her powers by putting himself in danger and then reveals that he’s a warrior fairy.
Tristan begins poisoning Carmie’s mind and turning her against humans, but he is unable to convince her entirely.
He pulls her away from her friends and her responsibilities, and it all comes to a head on the Twins’ birthday.
Carmie arrives late and Kev and Dylan attack his character so Carmie hits back at them.
Tristan promises to introduce her to other blended at Fan Con. She does meet some, but they don’t know Tristan, and consider him trouble.
Tristan takes Carmie to her mother, but when he finds out that the Shapeshifter wants Carmie to bring peace, he lashes out.
He never intended a peaceful settlement and wanted to start a war to end all humans. Carmie and her new blended friends take on Tristan and defeat him.
He vanishes and promises that he’ll come back to end Carmie’s life before she turns 16.
