Beelzebub, the Fiend Prince and the son of Lucifer is one of the main characters in the action-adventure animated series, Sand Land: The Series.
Beelzebub is the Fiend Prince and while his appearance and words may strike fear in the hearts of humans at first, spending more time with him can change those assumptions really quickly.
The prince of demons is a rather notorious yet kind-hearted being who’s 2500+ in age and yet behaves like a young teenager.
Fiendish quirks
Beelzebub doesn’t inflict any harm upon the humans, although he’s not really a fan of them. He doesn’t do any severe things but every now and then, he does steal water from them.
But even then, the mischievous prince doesn’t take it all away; he only takes enough water to quench his demon friends’ and underlings’ thirsts.
He likes to relish the fact that he’s a Fiend and tries to flex his supposedly devilish quirks and behaviors.
However, his idea of evil is not washing his hands after peeing sometimes, and giving back a game he borrowed for one week, a total of ten days later instead.
A diabolical hero
He’s the son of Demon King Lucifer, whom he deeply respects and fears. With his permission, he decides to help the human sheriff named Rao find the legendary lake to help humans and demons alike.
On his journey with Rao and an experienced demon named Thief, Beelzebub uses his powers to help bring down the Supreme Commander of the King’s Army and free the source of water that has been kept away from the reach of citizens of Sand Land.
He can harness the power of the dark and use it to channel it in several ways. He’s absurdly durable and can take a lot of beating, before wreaking havoc by his own attacks.
After getting Sand Land the water they had been deprived of for so long, he joins Rao once again, to go to Forest Land and help reinstate the king who has been dethroned by a coup d’état.
