‘Fauda’ season 4 premiered at International Film Festival of India

Netflix premiered the upcoming fourth season of its Israeli action-drama ‘Fauda’ at the 53rd International Film Festival of India, being held in Goa. The first episode was screened for the audience in presence of the series’ creators, Lior Raz and Avi Issacharoff.

At the red carpet, the creators were accompanied by Bollywood actor Rajkummar Rao and Vice President of Content at Netflix India, Monika Shergill.

The screening was followed by a panel discussion featuring Rao, Shergill, Raz, and Issacharoff as they discussed, “Storytelling in the Era of Global Entertainment”. It was moderated by Smriti Kiran.

Talking about his experience in India, Raz said: “We would like to thank IFFI for having us here and letting us experience the love the people have for the show. We would love to collaborate with Indian creators and we hope to be here back soon with more great stories to tell.”

‘Fauda’ (‘Chaos’ in Arabic) is an action-drama centering around the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. Season 4 of the series will premiere exclusively on Netflix on January 20, 2023.
