Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is all set to make her Hollywood debut with the upcoming Netflix film ’Heart of Stone’, alongside Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan.
The movie has been directed by Top Harper and written by Greg Rucka and Allison Schroeder.
The official synopsis of Heart of Stone reads: “Rachel Stone (Gal Gadot) is an intelligence operative, the only woman who stands between her powerful, global, peace-keeping organization and the loss of its most valuable — and dangerous — asset.”
Alongside her English-language debut, it is also Bhatt’s first appearance on a streaming original title.
The news comes after the recent theatrical success of Bhatt’s biographical film ‘Gangubai Kathiawadi’, which received plaudits from viewers as well as critics.
Her magnum opus with Ranbir Kapoor, ‘Brahmastra’, is scheduled to release in theatres in September this year. However, she is yet to make her Indian streaming debut.
