ZEE5 has picked up a Telugu web-series Loser – a story about the lives of three sportsmen to be released as an original on May 15.
The drama, based on the timespan from 1980s to 2000s, is pirouetting around the lives of three determined sportsmen Pallavi (Pavani), Willson (Shashank) and Elder Rubi (Kalpika) while they fight social, political and financial odds to excel at their chosen sports.

The Telugu web-series, directed by Abhilash Reddy, is being bankrolled by Spectrum Media Network and Annapurna Studios.
The digital platform is heavily investing in regional content and the sports-drama is sure to strike a chord of tenacity with the audience.
