Official synopsis
“When a meteor carrying a destructive plant strikes the world, a suicide squad is given hours to save their post-apocalyptic city from total collapse.
The story is set in an apocalyptic near-future when a giant plant hitches a ride inside an asteroid to planet Earth, destroying everything in its path. But it also cleans toxins in the air, creating a dilemma for mankind.”
Other details
The film is the directorial debut of visual effect artist Ng Yuen-fai. The production began in 2017 and the film took almost three years to develop.
