TVF’s Kota Factory season 2 will stream on Netflix in 2021

Netflix has announced that season 2 of TVF’s popular student life web series ‘Kota Factory’ will be streaming on the platform in 2021.

The first season came out in 2019 on TVF’s YouTube channel as well as its own streaming platform ‘TVFPlay’.

Reports have surfaced recently that the media giant has ditched its former approach in favour of creating titles for other platforms. A decision that reportedly led to key members exiting the team.

The web series revolves around Vaibhav (Mayur More), an aspiring IIT student who enrols in a coaching institute in Kota, but finds out his path is far from simple.

The platform teased the premise of the next instalment: ”In this season, will Vaibhav move onto greener pastures, leaving behind Jeetu Bhaiya, his friends and his love interest?”

Directed by Raghav Subbu, Kota Factory season 2 sees the return of all key cast members: More, Jitendra Kumar, Ranjan Raj, Alam Khan, Ahsaas Channa, Urvi Singh and Revathi Pillai.

The exact release date is yet to be announced.
