TVF’s ‘Aspirants’ depicts laborious path to cracking UPSC

The Viral Fever, in collaboration with Unacademy, has released the trailer for its upcoming web series titled, ‘Aspirants’. It is a heartfelt story that depicts the struggles to cracking UPSC – One of the toughest exams in the world.

Starring Naveen Kasturia, Shivankit Singh Parihar, Abhilash Thapliyal, Vicky Maheshwari, Namita Dubey, among others, ‘Aspirants’ emphasises the grind of a man dealing with copious amounts of pressure, as he prepares to crack the infamous examination for the fourth time.

From annoying landlords and no social life to uncertainty related to subjects and severe under confidence, the protagonist has to face it all. The trailer showcases his struggles as he clings to sanity by a thread, residing in Delhi’s Old Rajinder Nagar — a hub for UPSC coaching institutes.

The narrative, from the trailer, seems to based around the daily escapades of the protagonist and his two friends as they take the audience on a journey of “UPSC Pre… Mains… And Life”.

‘Aspirants’ has been created by Arunabh Kumar and Shreyansh Pandey with Apoorv Singh Karki acting as director. Deepesh Sumitra Jagdish is responsible for penning the screenplay.

The brand new original will be available to stream from April 7 on TVF’s YouTube channel.
