Trailer out for Rick and Morty season 4

The wait is finally over as Adult Swim has released a trailer for the latest season of Rick and Morty.

Created by Justin Roiland and Dan Harmon, Rick and Morty is a science fiction sitcom focusing on the bizarre relationship between a grandfather and his grandson. The duo undertakes various intergalactic adventures together which is mostly chaotic in nature.

The backdrop of the show is set in modern America and is full of cheeky capitalist and pop culture references. The reason for this is to arise serious topics of discussion among viewers even though the show is intended as comedy centric.

On launch, the show was met with wide appreciation with a rating of 94% on Rotten Tomatoes. Critical acclaim was the same with many reviewers praising the show for its subtle balance between fun and depressive topics.

In the reveal trailer, Adult Swim shows a montage of Rick and Morty going through various galaxies and performing all sorts of feats together.

The newest season will most likely have 10 episodes since the trailer announces that only 5 will be released this year. Most likely because of increased demand.

Season 4 of Rick and Morty will be available to stream on Adult Swim and Netflix come November 10th.
