Prime Video has revealed that ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’ will return for its third season on December 21, 2022. The show stars John Krasinski as the titular character.
The plot of the show revolves around Jack Ryan, a CIA agent who goes through thick and thin while investigating international crime syndicates.
According to the official description for the upcoming season:
“Season Three finds Jack Ryan on the run and in a race against time. He is wrongly implicated in a larger conspiracy and suddenly finds himself a fugitive out in the cold. Now, wanted by both the CIA and an international rogue faction that he has uncovered, Jack is forced underground, crisscrossing Europe, trying to stay alive, while preventing a massive global conflict.”
This new edition of ‘Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan’ will comprise eight episodes and will also see the return of Wendell Pierce as James Greer and Michael Kelly as Mike November. Furthermore, joining the cast as new series regulars are Nina Hoss as Alena Kovac and Betty Gabriel as Elizabeth Wright.
The show is based on characters from novelist Tom Clancy’s books set in the ‘Ryanverse’.
