Tiny Pretty Things: Netflix’s upcoming teen ballet drama

Netflix has unveiled the trailer for “Tiny Pretty Things” which will be an overlap between Black Swan and Pretty Little Liars. By the looks of it, the upcoming series seems like a blend of thrilling and suspenseful, focusing on a bunch of teen ballet dancers.

Based on the Sona Charaipotra and Dhonielle Clayton novel of the same name, Tiny Pretty Things follows Neveah (Kylie Jefferson), a ballerina who gets a chance to attend Chicago’s only elite ballet academy after the star pupil, Cassie Shore, falls to her death.

The trailer begins with a murder where the killer’s face is uncovered. The footage promises a load of secrets and further revelations.

The synopsis of the series goes:

“After tragedy strikes Chicago’s most prestigious ballet school, where every dancer is both friend and foe who compete fiercely for coveted roles, it threatens to unravel close friendships and to expose a constellation of secrets that could bring down a world-renowned institution.”

The cast will include Shaun Benson, Brennan Clost, and Barton Cowperthwaite among others. Tiny Pretty Things premieres on December 14.
