‘The White Lotus’ on HBO Max follows fantasy summer trip to Hawaii

HBO Max has released the trailer of the series ‘The White Lotus’. It will begin streaming from July 11.

The miniseries ‘The White Lotus’ depicts the misadventures of its guests. “You have to treat these people like sensitive children,” the resort manager Armond (Murray Bartlett), explains in the trailer.

Directed and written by ‘Enlightened’s’ Mike White, the six-episode series follows the week-long activities of its unsuspecting guests who soon partake in something sinister.

The show’s cast includes HBO veterans: Murray Bartlett (Looking), Connie Britton (Nashville), Jennifer Coolidge (2 Broke Girls), Alexandra Daddario (True Detective), Fred Hechinger (Eighth Grade), Jake Lacy (Girls), Brittany O’Grady (Little Voice), Natasha Rothwell (Insecure), Sydney Sweeney (Euphoria) and Steve Zahn (Treme).

Molly Shannon, Jon Gries, Jolene Purdy, Kekoa  Kekumano, and Lukas Gage are also set to star as recurring guest stars.
