The film is based on a true story. It is also set to premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival this year.
From their training days back in Syria all the way to their rise as competitors in the Rio Olympics in 2016, Yusra and Sarah have lived difficult lives to get to where they are.
Yusra and Sarah are sisters with a dream to one day compete in the Olympics. They make a long and arduous journey from their war-engulfed home across the sea and all the way to Germany against all obstacles until they finally achieve their dreams
